Hi! I’m Jen.

I’m a wife, a mom, and I have a passion for motivating and inspiring others. My journey has had a lot of chapters, and I share every part of it in hopes of inspiring and encouraging others throughout their own journey. Weight loss, infertility, medical diagnoses, recovery… I’ve shared it all, good and bad. Sometimes we go through things we think no one else can relate to. I know all too well how lonely that can feel. I’m here to be everyone’s personal cheerleader. To share my experiences, my advice, my story. I hope you can find something here that you can relate to.
